The Second Amendment is one of the most important rights enshrined in the United  States Constitution. Jason is a strong advocate for Second Amendment rights and has  spent the last year fighting to protect those rights. An avid hunter and veteran, Jason  understands the importance of gun safety classes and believes that these courses  should be made widely available. Jason will not back down and will always defend this  sacred right.

A Soldier and a lawyer, Jason swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution of  the United States- an oath that never expires. That is why Jason is co-patroning  legislation that will allow gun owners to lawfully carry without a permit. Serving in the  House of Delegates since 2022, Jason has patroned or co-patroned six pieces of  legislation defending the rights of gun owners across Virginia.
